Dr. Crockett

Dr. Crockett was born in Salem, Oregon and received his primary and secondary education in the Salem area. After graduating from high school he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon College of Education and subsequently went to Willamette University for postgraduate studies. He graduated cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College and has been elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and other Who's Whos. Dr. Crockett was licensed in Oregon in 1979.

Chris

Chris is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CCA) with the State of Oregon and has experience in business management in addition to working in the Chiropractic field for 30+ years. She also assists with both the receptionists/ billings duties.

Jamie

Jamie is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CCA) with the State of Oregon . Jamie is the person you are most likely to speak with when calling our office. She schedules appointments and takes care of new patient intake and registrations as well as answering patient account inquiries.
